One of the webinars, ‘2+1+2=connection’, will take place on Tuesday 6 October from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. During this webinar, it will be demonstrated how a broad and cohesive approach to motor learning can be implemented in primary schools – both inside and outside physical education classes – in line with the curriculum ideas of Curriculum.nu. Led by Wiebe Faber, various speakers from Curriculum.nu (Kirsten Keij) will discuss the broad approach to motor learning in Arnhem (2+1+2, Geert Geurken), the development of the dynamic school day (Wim van Gelder) and the leading role of the (specialist) teacher in a broad approach. This webinar is particularly suitable for (specialist) teachers and community sports coaches involved in physical education and exercise activities at primary schools.

On Thursday 8 October from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., the webinar ‘Encouraging the motor development of 0–4-year-olds’ will be held. In this webinar, you will learn more about children’s motor development, exchange tips and tricks, and gain inspiration about what you can do to stimulate motor development. The webinar consists of knowledge sharing and a group discussion. Experts with scientific knowledge and professionals who are active locally as community sports coaches or work in youth healthcare and childcare will take part. Speakers: Jessica Gubbels (Maastricht University), Arno de Swart (Wij Buurtsportcoaches), Ellen-Joan Wessels (Netherlands Centre for Youth Health), Tanja Bracco Gartner (KNGU, nijntje beweegdiploma) and Rebecca Beck (Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen). The discussion will be led by Dorien Dijk (Kenniscentrum Sport & Bewegen). This webinar is suitable for local professionals who work with children aged 0–4 or their parents. For example, they may work in youth healthcare, childcare or as community sports coaches.
