When tensions rise at home
What can you do yourself as a young person?
What exactly will the consequences of the coronavirus be? How long will it last? It is uncertain. Children and parents are at home much more than usual. This can cause tension, especially without distractions such as sports and social activities.
Take good care of yourself. Maintain a daily routine now that you are not going to school. Get up on time and schedule time for studying and relaxation. And talk to someone about it if things are not going well at home.
