Description

Organizations and teams that want to redesign their education and training often opt for blended learning, a combination of face-to-face meetings and online learning using a learning management system. The goal is to achieve a more flexible education, with individual learning paths.

Blended education usually means a decrease in face-to-face meetings, but an increase in the time the teacher needs for online feedback. In addition, the duration of the learning paths for students often increases. Developing a blended course also requires a lot of preparation and development time.

During this workshop we will discuss the balance between online learning, the content of contact meetings and the time that teachers spend on blended learning. You will gain insight into the digital didactics that contribute to an integrated design of online learning with, for example, interaction and (peer) feedback.

Content

Knowledge
During the workshop, which can take one or two half days, you will receive background information on the design of an effective and attractive course in the form of blended learning. You will gain insight into digital didactics and the involvement of (internship) practice in your course.

Reflection
Part of the workshop is how you can guide the design and development process within your context, with which approach, and which success and risk factors you can stimulate or reduce respectively.

Application
During the workshop, we work with concrete examples. During the interactive workshop, there is also plenty of room and opportunity to bring in individual questions and to address current contexts of the participants.
