Ella and Sandra are specialists in Newcomers, together they form the duo-management of a school at an asylum seekers' centre, a location for Newcomers and a regular school where Newcomers are also in the groups. In addition to being a director and interim director, they provide training focused on education for Newcomers, they conduct audits, can provide assessments, provide training on the first impression of your school as a profile, training on weak to excellent education and are active within Lowan.
