Workshop | Creative Process

Target group: For teams from primary education, management or part of it (minimum 4 teachers).
Duration: 1 meeting of 1.5-2 hours.

Introduction

During this workshop you will gain insight into process-oriented didactics within cultural education. This didactics teaches students not to be satisfied with the first answer they find or think of, but to try out multiple possibilities, think autonomously, dare to go outside the box and make substantiated choices. After a short introduction you will get started yourself and we will reflect together on the role of the teacher within this process. Then we will discuss what this means for your own teaching practice. After the workshop there are various possibilities for further guidance.

Accent

Within the workshop it is possible to focus on, for example, creativity development, thematic work or vision development and/or to work on team building.

Program

In this workshop you will learn which role you take during the different phases of the creative process and how you can take the student a step further in his creative development.
