Classroom Management Workshop

Classroom management encompasses everything a teacher does to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Good classroom management forms the foundation for all activities within a lesson and is essential for successfully implementing methods such as activating teaching methods or differentiation.

During the workshop, classroom management will be approached from six key teacher roles: the Educator (also known as the pedagogue), the Teacher (didactician), the Host (host), the Presenter, the Learning Coach, and the Closer. Participants will learn to elevate their classroom management skills in each role. The Educator lays the foundation by creating a safe learning environment, while the Receiver ensures students feel at home. The Presenter captures attention, the Learning Coach supports students in self-direction, and the Closer concludes the lesson effectively. The Educator designs the entire learning process to achieve maximum learning outcomes.

Participants will work with their personal experiences and challenges, ensuring that everything learned is directly applicable in their own classroom practice. The content of the "Classroom Management" workshop is therefore tailored to the school's needs and the participants' own experiences and learning aspirations. Because of this customized approach, the final content will always be unique, but the learning objectives below could serve as inspiration. Please note: we can offer each workshop as a standalone workshop or as part of a program throughout the school year. The learning objectives below will then only serve as a starting point for such a program.
