Classroom Management Workshop
Classroom management includes everything a teacher does to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. Good classroom management is the basis of all activities undertaken during a lesson and is therefore a prerequisite for being able to effectively work with, for example, activating didactics or differentiation.
During the workshop, classroom management is approached from the six teacher roles. These are the Educator (also called a pedagogue), the Educator (also called a didactician), the Receiver (also called a host), the Presenter, the Learning Coach, and the Closer. The participants learn for each of these teacher roles to take their classroom management to an even higher level.
The participants work on their personal experiences and challenges, so that everything learned can be directly applied to their own teaching practice. The content of the “Classroom Management” workshop is therefore determined in accordance with the wishes of the school and the participants' own experiences and learning wishes. Because of this customization, the final content will always be unique, but the learning objectives below could be considered for inspiration.
