Connecting Children to Their Inner Calm

Anxiety, overwhelm, sleepless nights—more young people are finding it tough to cope, and many adults genuinely want to find ways to support them better.

In this online session – the founder, Lorraine E Murray, will explain the Connected Kids Method®. A way of introducing young people to effective mindful, meditation skills that help children and teens build emotional resilience, find calm, and thrive—especially when conventional approaches don’t seem to work.

Why This Event Matters

Meditation and mindfulness—when shared with warmth, curiosity, and openness—can become valuable lifelong tools for young people. Why wait until they’re adults to discover these benefits? As the important adult in their life, you have the wonderful opportunity to introduce these practices to them now, helping them grow with a foundation of calm and awareness.

In this webinar, you’ll explore how the Connected Kids Method® approach gently empowers adults to confidently support young people with mindfulness techniques. This includes special care for neurodivergent and highly sensitive children.
