In this edWebinar, learn what elements need to be present to foster a strong sense of motivation in students as well as what hinders motivation from taking root. Wonder Workshop’s Brisa Ayub, Senior Marketing Programs Manager, and Scott Traylor, VP of Software Design, explore how different students respond to various types of learning and how current behavioral science research and game design can be applied to the classroom to help each student find their own motivation to learn and explore.
This recorded session will be of particular benefit to K-8 teachers, librarians, tech specialists, administrators, and makerspace facilitators.
Wonder Workshop creates engaging, hands-on learning tools, programming languages, and curricula that bring STEM and coding to life for grades K-8. Robotics fosters critical thinking skills at an early age, encourages creativity, and turns students into makers rather than consumers. Wonder Workshop is the creator of the Dash and Dot robots. Let’s inspire students to be future leaders in technology. Find out more at makewonder.com.
