Webinar | Changing the Climate in K-12 Education

Education can help to address the climate crisis in powerful ways with learners of all ages. This half-day webinar introduces K-12 educators to the basics of Climate Change Education (CCE) and how it manifests in classrooms. Dr. Ellen Field shares the results of a national Canadian study into CCE to begin, and the TDSB EcoSchools Team provides an introduction to its new Climate Action Guide. Ontario educators present the impressive work in CCE they are doing in elementary and secondary classrooms, and youth activists will remind us why this work is critical.
