Lesa Mulcahy, LCSW-C, is the Chief Clinical Officer at For All Seasons, where she leads a team of over 40 clinicians. With more than 20 years of experience in the mental health field, Lesa is an expert in trauma and reactive attachment disorders. She holds certifications in clinical social work, trauma, and sensorimotor psychotherapy, and has played a key role in implementing innovative care models like Open Access and telehealth services. Lesa is also a Certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator and regularly shares her expertise through educational trainings and presentations.
