Description

What if we took a moment to slow down and really experience the food we eat? This two-minute guided video invites students to practise mindful eating by exploring food through their senses, including sight, touch, smell, hearing, and taste.

Students can participate at their own pace and choose which senses they feel comfortable using. Teachers can also use the included script to guide the activity and optional reflection questions to help students share their experiences.
