Elementary school Training | Working on Executive Functions

Not available

During this practical training you will learn what executive functions are and you will receive tools and materials to immediately start working with your students in the classroom.

Using materials from Leren Leren Nederland, you will learn how to perform a 0-measurement with your students, individually or as a class. Based on this, you can determine which executive skills are best trained first. By using interventions and goal posters, it becomes clear which skills the students are working on during a certain period. After the training, you will have the skills to formulate a request for help for individual students, but also to set goals for small and large groups.

This training is suitable for teachers, teaching assistants, IB'ers and RT'ers in primary education, to work with students to strengthen their executive skills.
The training is given at HBO level. No prior education is required.
