Welcome to the journey with Dot. There is so much to find and say about cultural education that sometimes you can't see the forest for the trees.
Dot, 3rd tree on the right was developed to help you arrive at a vision of cultural education as a team. Using statements, you enter into a dialogue with each other and make choices for your organization. Dot is structured in 3 phases:
Phase 1: How do you organize cultural education now? What is already going well? Where is improvement or more coherence possible? In this phase, you take stock of the current state of affairs.
Phase 2: A team afternoon in which you will have a lively discussion. The DOT statements guide you through possible substantiations, justifications and comments on your vision of cultural education within your organization. Together with your colleagues, you determine a point on the horizon. This is your higher goal, the desired situation. After the team afternoon, the vision is drawn up, after which the team can provide feedback on it again. Phase 3: A point on the horizon is important, but not the only thing you need to succeed. In this phase, you will translate the established vision into practice. How will we see the vision reflected in daily education in five years, for example? In a meeting with management, ICC staff and a few other teachers, you will work towards a roadmap. Together, you will determine how to get as close as possible to your point on the horizon with the available resources, space and time.
Guidance during this process by a Kopa trainer can be tailored to your needs. Costs per phase:
Phase 1: Zero measurement by means of interviews €475
