MEDA offers presentations and trainings from a skilled mental health clinician on a variety of topics from eating disorders and promoting positive body culture in your community to advanced treatment skills and delivering care to specialized populations.

They offer clinical trainings for professionals working with eating disorders whether it is in the field of medicine, mental health, or education. These trainings can be geared towards professionals with minimal experience in working with eating disorders, or those with greater expertise who are seeking advanced knowledge and skills.

Through MEDA’s school and community trainings, they help communities and organizations learn about the harmful effects of diet culture, media influence, the signs & symptoms of eating disorders/disordered eating to empower them in making informed decisions about their well-being. The goal is to reach those in need of support earlier, promoting a better chance of recovery.

In order to ensure a meaningful experience, each training is tailored to the specific needs of the practice, school or organization requesting the training. *Equity pricing is available for those in need.
