Implementation
You are determined not to see Moving Learning as a temporary solution, but as an integral part of the school's educational policy. With our implementation process, we will take you step by step to the goal to be achieved: a dynamic school day.
Moving Learning. Not for now, not for a while, but forever. We love doing it.
Contents
With our paramedical background, we know better than anyone how difficult it is to change existing habits in people. You simply cannot impose it on someone else. People must always want and do it themselves.
That is precisely why our implementation process is based on scientific change models that we know have proven their effect. It offers concrete tools, both for the school and the organization as well as for the individual teacher.
The common thread of the process:
Inspiration session
Phase 1 | From wanting to being able
Phase 2 | From being able to do
Phase 3 | From doing to persevering
Long-term safeguarding
We provide a brief explanation of the 3 phases
Phase 1
Phase 1 | From wanting to being able
This phase focuses on vision formation and creating support. An essential first step in the entire process. By realizing the importance of more exercise, people are intrinsically motivated to implement the change.
Outcome of phase 1:
A support base has been created (team)
A vision has been created for the domain of Moving Learning (school)
Achievable goals have been set
A Moving Learning working group has been formed
Phase 2
Phase 2 | From being able to do
In this phase we move towards practice. Goals are recorded in a Plan of Approach and the team is trained in the required competencies and then applies this in their group.
Outcome phase 2:
There is a concrete Plan of Approach including task division and timeline
The team has acquired skills
The team has access to our database with Moving Learning lessons
There are sufficient resources available
Phase 3
Phase 3 | From doing to persevering
Perhaps the most important phase of the process, namely persevering. Or as we state at the top of this page: Moving Learning, not for a while but forever.
How do we ensure that what we have agreed upon together will also stick in the long term?
Outcome of phase 3:
It has been described how and who monitors compliance with the Action Plan
Moving Learning has been laid down in the school's policy
Delivery of a document with a description of the implementation process that has been followed
