Thought Power: More Self-Confidence With Helpful Thoughts!

This training covers various lesson components, exercises, and explanations from the vision of solution-focused work. By using so-called helpful thoughts, a teacher can teach students effective and practical ways to dare more, to talk themselves into courage, and to trust themselves more. These can be used for both the individual child and the group as a whole.

The training is intended for teachers or school teams who want tips and information about supporting students who are: insecure, have little courage, are afraid of making mistakes, are strong in thinking, and suffer from a full head. The teacher learns to understand these students better and gets inspiration for a practical approach in the classroom.

Parts:
- Thinking, feeling, and doing.
- How do our thoughts influence our feelings and behavior?
- Thought power: disturbing and helpful thoughts.
- Applying solution-focused work: how do you look at what is going well?
- Tips and tricks for the classroom.
- Experience and exchange practical situations.

Goal and result:
The training helps the teacher to expand his repertoire of actions by creating more self-confidence in the students with helpful thoughts.
