Giving good feedback often goes wrong. Yet this is an essential skill in education. The training giving feedback is therefore the training that we give the most, because healthy feedback has such an influence on the atmosphere in the team and therefore the pleasure with which you go to work. Furthermore, feedback can also play a role in the quality of education. When you keep each other sharp on the agreements made and on your passion for education, you can give students the best.

Without Feedback, You Don't Know What You are Doing Right and What You Are Not Doing Right
Do you speak to a teacher who alienates students because of his communication style? Or do you enter into a conversation when you see that a colleague has lost sight of a student? In addition to using feedback in these cases to correct someone or point out a blind spot, feedback can (and should) also be used to tell each other what you are good at. Without complimenting each other, it is difficult to know what you are good at. Feedback is especially important when you are looking together for how you teach and want to remain innovative.

Have You Previously Attended a Training Course on Giving Feedback?
There are so many trainings, maybe you have already followed one or more trainings that dealt with feedback. Unfortunately, not all trainings are equally concrete. For a trainer it is easy to deal with a pile of theory, while the effectiveness of the training really increases when there is also actual practice with feedback. This is a bit more exciting and requires courage from the trainer, but we believe that this is the way in which the training really has an effect in practice.

Now to Put it Into Practice
If you have already had training, you also have to work with it. As a teacher, you often sense when you have told something and heads are nodding along just a little bit exaggeratedly. Then you know that no one is going to do anything with your message. Training is much more than just telling the theory. In fact, you get the theory of the training from us for free. The challenge is to start practicing and grow in giving feedback through trial and error.

With How Many Team Members Can I Participate in the Training?

Most teams have somewhere between 8 and 20 team members, but 4 or 60 people is no problem either.
