Anchor Management is voor teams. Eigenlijk maakt het niet uit welk team en in welke fase dit team zit. Het geeft inzicht in welke fase je zit als team en geeft richting aan de weg die je samen kunt gaan. Als de basis in orde is, dan is geen weg te moeilijk! Ga je mee op pad?

What to Expect

With Anchor Management you create a 'zero measurement' together and determine whether the Core Values: Appreciation, Trust and (professional) Responsibility are in balance, form a safe triangle of forces. From here you can work on critical reflection on yourself, each other, the process, the product or whatever is important. Development follows from here, but then the basic safety must be in order!
Anchor Management is simple, effective and efficient. Immediately after the training you will gain new insights and with the methodology of the 'Circle of Synergy' a new way to talk to each other about cooperation, performance, vitality, resilience, resistance and development.
During the training there is also room for regulation, movement and insight and we conclude with an inspiring session in which we work from dreams to goals and actions.

The Costs

The costs for this training for your team of up to 15 people are €2500.00 including VAT.
