You are a teacher in primary education, have a teacher training diploma but are not yet sufficiently qualified to teach the subject of physical education. You are motivated and have an affinity with the field. You want to discover how you can provide safe, meaningful and experiential physical education to all groups within primary education.

About the Study Program

After this course you can call yourself a specialist in physical education. You also fulfill a bridging function towards exercise in the classroom/gym or in the outdoors. You learn about the learning paths and discover the movement themes. You will also delve into safe exercise and preventing accidents. And guides children to exercise well and responsibly at their own level. While following the course you are temporarily authorized to teach physical education.

After Completion

- you may teach physical education in groups 3 to 8 of primary education.
- you can set up, instruct and organize physical education lessons and physical activities.
- you can determine learning goals and learning assistance within exercise situations.
- you can observe movement behavior and regulate movement situations.
- you have knowledge of: (vocational) educational concepts and planning, exercise in other contexts, peer consultation, motor remedial teaching and accidents and safety.
- you are a driving force behind exercise in and around the school.
- you have knowledge of BISO (exercise in the school environment).
