Description
This 1-hour, fully resourced PSHE lesson is suitable for upper KS2 or lower KS3 students and focuses on disagreeing respectfully and managing conflict. Students explore how to respect differences and similarities between people, listen and respond respectfully to a range of viewpoints, including those shaped by different traditions, beliefs, and lifestyles, and learn how to discuss and debate topical issues while respecting others’ opinions. The lesson also examines how to constructively challenge viewpoints they disagree with and is designed around the 2020 PSHE Association guidelines.
