Description

Students engage in a lively activity by watching a short dance sequence or flash mob and then either mimicking it or creating their own choreography collectively. This practice fosters a sense of community and enhances prosocial behavior through shared movement experiences. It can be utilized as a brain break, stress-relief exercise, or a tool for regulating emotions. Suitable for PreK, lower elementary, upper elementary, and middle school. This activity lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
