Choose at least three things that represent what makes you happy and put them in the box. You can choose more than three if you want to.

Step 3
If you can't find anything to represent what makes you happy or it's too big to put in the box, use your craft materials or LEGO bricks to build or draw them. You could build a model of your pet.

Discuss the things that children put in the box. Why do those things make them happy?

Step 5
Play the game as of often as you like, even every day and perhaps before bed, to help children stay motivated, happy and calm even during difficult times.
