Description

Students practice movement skills by working in pairs and taking turns as leader and follower in a “Follow the Leader” activity. The leader demonstrates locomotor movements such as hopping, stepping, and jumping, as well as stretching movements like toe touches and windmill stretches, while the follower copies each action. Through this activity, students develop coordination, movement skills, and the ability to cooperate and take on different roles.
