Game | Neighborhood Good
Neighborhood Good is an interactive civic engagement game for grades K–12 that helps students learn how to identify community problems, gather information, and create action plans for positive change. In this 15–30 minute gameplay experience, students explore a fictional neighborhood, listen to residents’ perspectives, and make decisions to solve real-world inspired challenges. The game teaches problem-solving and responsible decision-making while connecting to themes of the Declaration of Independence and civic responsibility. Extension Packs with lesson plans, student handouts, and Google Slides are available to reinforce concepts, making this resource a flexible tool for teachers, parents, and counselors. Available in both English and Spanish, Neighborhood Good supports multilingual learners and offers built-in supports like voiceover, glossary, and decision aids.
