Living Calculator: + and - to 20 is a game where students in pairs practice with + and - sums to 20. Before the game starts, each pair draws a calculator (the numbers 0 to 9 and the operations +, -, =) on the square/sidewalk.

Each pair then receives a stack of sum cards, this number depends on the group size (game contains 100 sum cards). One player of the pair reads the sum aloud, jumps on the numbers and operation (+ or -) and shows the sum. The other player solves the sum aloud and jumps on “=” and then on the answer. The first player checks the answer (is on the back of the card). Switch roles after 3 sums. 
When the cards 'run out', the pair swap cards with another pair.

This game contains 100 different sum cards, so you can play this game regularly. If you want to add extra movement to this activity, agree that after solving a sum, players perform a movement 'that same number of times'. For example 15-4=11, so squats 11 times, or jumping jacks. You can possibly use the Movement Posters for this.

This game can be played independently in pairs because it is self-correcting, the answer to the sum is on the back of the card.
