Description

This is a collection of movement breaks for when children need to give their brain a break. This Easter-themed resource is for supporting children with managing their big feelings through movement breaks, such as ‘hop like a bunny’ to get those wiggles out!

Sometimes our brains just need a break. Brain breaks can help us to focus but are also useful for helping us to manage our big feelings.
