Professional Development is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal and recertification when the student has obtained proper prior approval. Please verify with your state licensing board that Teaching Channel professional development will meet your needs.
Gain a deeper understanding about students with autism and what it means to be “on the spectrum.” Discover ideas for incorporating symbols, visual supports, social stories, and assistive technology to strengthen the behaviors and academic success of students with autism. Explore the strengths and abilities autism brings out in students and why it is something to be celebrated!
Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 3 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available).
