You will also explore the different ways that anxiety can present itself by looking at the most common signs and symptoms. Anxiety is normal. But this course will also help you pinpoint when anxiety becomes a problem.

You will finish off the course by exploring how anxiety is diagnosed and treated, the different support that should be provided to any young person who is an anxiety sufferer.
