Professional Development is intended to fulfill requirements for license renewal and recertification when the student has obtained proper prior approval. Please verify with your state licensing board that Teaching Channel professional development will meet your needs.

This course explores practical strategies to create a positive and supportive classroom management practice. You'll learn proactive, low-key interventions to address behavior challenges, and how to build strong relationships with your students. Discover how effective praise, humor, and other classroom management tools can promote engagement and a joyful learning experience for all.

Educators will have 12 months, from the date of registration, to complete the course. Upon completion, you will receive a Teaching Channel Letter of Completion for 3 clock hours (university graduate credit/transcript is not available).
