Dr. Samantha Fecich teaches preservice teachers at Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania. She has the honor and the pleasure of working with them in their courses related to educational technology and special education. Samantha is also the author of two books designed to support the new and future educator; EduMagic: A Guide for Preservice Teachers, and EduMagic Shine On: A Guide for New Teachers. In addition, she is also the host of the EduMagic Podcast, which shines a light on the work of future teachers.

Join Dr. Samantha Fecich for this hands-on, interactive workshop as she shares how AI tools like Tome, Canva Text to Image, and AssemblyAI can analyze student data, adapt to their unique learning styles, and provide customized feedback. Participants will also walk away with tips and tricks for integrating these AI tools into the classroom to increase student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Special Technology Instructions
Participants will need access to an internet device and a non-school, personal Google account. SimpleK12’s Google Classroom will be utilized for the interactive and hands-on components of this workshop.

Participants will be assessed through their responses to discussion prompts to demonstrate their understanding of the workshop objectives and reflect on their learning.
