Rumaa Dey
Music Educator | Piano Performer & Trainer | International Education Specialist | Communication Coach

She is The Clarity Coach, and she has dedicated the last 34 years to helping learners thrive—whether through the language of music or the power of clear communication. With a career that spans teaching, performing, training, and designing curriculum, her mission is simple: to bring clarity and confidence to every learning experience.

She has been teaching piano since 1994 and performing since 1988, and she holds several qualifications from Trinity College London, including FTCL, LTCL, AMusTCL, and ATCL (Specialist in Instrumental Teaching). As a Trinity College London examination trainer, she guides students and teachers in Theory, Piano, Rock & Pop, and Integrated Skills in English (ISE). She also conducts training in Spoken English and communication skills—helping learners prepare for Trinity GESE exams and become confident, expressive speakers.

She holds an MA in International Education, and she has had the opportunity to contribute to the world of music beyond education—as a sheet music writer, music curriculum designer, and proud member of the Cine Musicians Association (CMA), Bollywood, Mumbai.

Every course she creates is built from real classroom experience and a deep belief that learning should feel empowering. Whether learners are there to understand dyslexia, develop their musical skills, or grow as communicators—she is there to guide them with structure, compassion, and clarity.
