Course Description

In this course, educators will engage in practical, hands-on learning to develop strategies for managing common behavioral challenges that arise in everyday classroom settings. Participants will explore proactive approaches to prevent discipline issues and practice proven techniques for resolving conflicts when they do occur. Throughout the course, teachers will be guided in designing a personalized classroom management plan that aligns with their unique personality, instructional style, and the developmental needs of their students.
