Call for entries
On the KRO-NCRV website, forest ranger Tim calls on pupils to take part: “Hi! Forest ranger Tim here, from Beestenbrigade. On 5 April, it was National Outdoor Classroom Day. That is the day when children swap their classroom for... Nature! And that is not only good for improved motivation, concentration and learning performance. It is also great for experiencing nature and, of course, for your health. That is why it would be wonderful if a quarter of lessons were taught outdoors. For that reason, KRO-NCRV and I have come up with something, because we are going to give outdoor lessons! And those outdoor lessons will be given... By me! Would you like your class to have a chance to go on such a cool excursion? You can! Then take part in our drawing competition. You can find more information below. Send in those beautiful drawings! Good luck!”
The rules
All primary school classes can take part. Make one drawing with your class. It can be about nature, forest ranger Tim, or something else. Nothing is too crazy, so let your creativity run free!
Also include the following:
- Why would you like to win an outdoor lesson with forest ranger Tim?
- The name of the school + its address
- Which class it is
- How many pupils are in the class
- Name of the teacher + telephone number and email address
Send this drawing no later than 25 April to the address below:
