Webinars on Healthy Relationships & Sexuality

Many schools have already started implementing the Healthy Relationships & Sexuality Incentive Scheme. And this is generating inspiring initiatives. That is why Gezonde School is organizing a number of webinars in September and October for schools and stakeholders from the municipal public health services (GGDs). Separate webinars are being held for primary education, secondary education, special secondary education and senior secondary vocational education.

Webinars on Healthy Relationships & Sexuality

The webinars provide practical information to help you further develop your action plan. Frequently asked questions will also be answered, such as 'What can we use the incentive budget for?' or 'How can we account for our spending via Mijngezondeschool.nl?' A practical case study will be used to discuss the implementation of the scheme, including support from the GGD and the chosen approach.

When will the webinars take place?

primary education: 15 September 2020, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
secondary education: 17 September 2020, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
special secondary education: 24 September 2020, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.
senior secondary vocational education: 8 October 2020, from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m.

Our Food Week

From 3 to 10 October 2026, it is Our Food Week. A great opportunity to focus with your class at primary school on where our food comes from, how it is made and why healthy and sustainable choices are important. Food education allows pupils not only to learn, but especially to experience. That is why various organisations are joining forces to support schools with inspiring activities, teaching materials and practical tools. Examples include the Mayors’ Breakfast, a free visit to a farm, or shopping vouchers for cooking in the classroom.

Then put tap water in the spotlight with your class as a healthy and sustainable thirst quencher during National Tap Water Day on Wednesday 30 September. This way, your pupils will discover why tap water is healthy and how to turn it into a festive drink!
