The webinar is broadcast by Het Fitte Brein, a joint initiative of the Dutch Brain Foundation, Alzheimer Nederland and the Edwin van der Sar Foundation. The main speaker during the webinar is Martin van Boxtel, an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Neuropsychology at Maastricht University. His research focuses on health in relation to cognitive development and interventions that can improve cognitive ability. He is also a mindfulness trainer. Marloes van der Heijden will also join the webinar; she is a yoga and mindfulness teacher at Yogacentrum Tilburg. She will share a number of practical tips and exercises.
