The questionnaire about food literacy among 12- to 18-year-olds is part of the project ‘Measuring food literacy in children to map the short- and long-term effectiveness of food education’.
To get in touch with students, the researchers are seeking contact with teachers at vmbo, havo or vwo schools. If teachers are just as curious to find out whether their students know how to snack healthily, are able to fry an egg or can read a food label, they can register here to allow their students to participate in the questionnaire.
Registration is possible until 1 October. The digital questionnaire will be completed in October and November 2023 and takes approximately half an hour.
