How do you use it?

The food curriculum framework provides guidance for developers of educational resources and schools when designing programmes and curricula about food. It offers practical tools for addressing food education structurally during the different stages of a child's development. For each age group, it indicates what knowledge they should have when it comes to healthy and sustainable food. By aligning the content as much as possible with the food curriculum framework, you ensure that educational resources are substantively aligned with the national core objectives. Schools can use high-quality interventions as part of the Healthy School approach.
