All fourteen parties signed their own Together Play Promise. In it, they state how they will make a concrete contribution to achieving three ambitions:
An inclusive play culture
Children with and without disabilities, their parents and the people around them consider playing together a matter of course.
More places for playing together
Every child with a disability can play with other children in their own neighbourhood.
More and better accessible knowledge about playing together
In 2020, the Together Play Desk will open: the place where all local initiators can find knowledge and inspiration to get started.
Initiative
The Together Play Agreementis an initiative of Minister Hugo de Jonge of VWS, Minister Rick Brink of Disability Affairs, the Disabled Child Foundation, Speeltuinbende, Jantje Beton, NUSO, Scouting Netherlands, the Platform for Space for Youth, the Dutch Play Industry Association, VeiligheidNL, JOGG, the National Youth Council, Utrecht University of Applied Sciences and the Association of Netherlands Municipalities.
