Chef in the Classroom is taking place for the sixth time. This year, Ramon Beuk will make Extraordinary Bean Burgers. It is a delicious bread roll with vegetables and homemade sauce. The recipe can be found on the Smaaklessen website.
The cooking lesson lasts 1.5 hours. Registration is only possible jointly as a chef-and-class duo. If your school cannot find a chef, you can visit the Smaaklessen website. It contains a list of chefs who would like to participate but have not yet found a school.
Children who have taken part in the Chef in the Classroom cooking lesson learn more about food, are more willing to try new things and enthusiastically tell their families at home about what they have discovered. The aim of the event is to encourage children to cook and discover more in the kitchen at home as well.
