This year, the active game Moving Against Waste has been added as an extra activity. In this game, you will actively discover all kinds of things about the shelf life of products that the pupils have brought from home. Shelf life is the theme of Waste-Free Week this year.
The quiz and the active game are both part of the Food Waste Taste Mission.
During the Food Waste Taste Mission for groups 7 and 8, children – who often already understand well that wasting food is a shame – discover how they can help prevent waste themselves by learning to shop, cook and store food consciously, so that they become motivated to throw away less food.
