The conference is intended for teacher educators at all primary teacher training colleges and second-degree teacher training programmes, as well as other education professionals involved in the curriculum.
Programme
Keynote speaker Mathieu Heemelaar will share his vision of sexuality and relationship education. Conference chair Jan Jaap Hubeek will share his mission: strengthening the positive image of the complex profession of teaching and, with it, of education.
Engaging workshops will provide opportunities to share knowledge and experiences relating to gender and sexual diversity, cultural and religious diversity, the flag system, parental involvement and sexual integrity. School & Safety and Rutgers will present the key findings and recommendations from our recent research among teacher educators and among trainee and beginning teachers and students. There will also be an opportunity to exchange experiences and tips.
