Healthy School mission
A healthy lifestyle in the DNA of every school. That is the mission of the Healthy School programme. Healthy School is a partnership between the PO-Raad, VO-raad and MBO Raad, GGD GHOR Nederland, RIVM, regional GGD organisations, the KVLO, health charities, civil society organisations and theme institutes in the field of a healthy lifestyle. The Ministries of Health, Welfare and Sport, Education, Culture and Science, Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality, and Social Affairs and Employment make Healthy School possible.
To achieve this, Healthy School supports primary, special, secondary and secondary vocational schools in promoting a healthy lifestyle among pupils and students.
