According to Jantje Beton and IVN, a Healthy Schoolyard is a green, natural and challenging schoolyard for outdoor lessons, but also one that is suitable for playing and physical activity. In the survey, they ask schools whether – based on the description above – they believe they have a ‘Healthy Schoolyard’. The next question is whether they want a Healthy Schoolyard and what the main reason for this is. Participants are also asked to describe their current schoolyard and indicate what they need – besides money – to create a Healthy Schoolyard.
The questionnaire is open until 5 October 2019.
