To map this out, the Mulier Institute is conducting research into the physical activity provision at childcare centers and out-of-school care. The study consists of completing a questionnaire, which takes approximately 10 minutes, via this link. In this questionnaire, the Mulier Institute asks a number of questions about the physical activity provision, the physical activity environment and the physical activity policy of the location. Preferably, the questionnaire should be completed by the branch or location manager. The study begins by asking whether the participant works at a childcare center or an out-of-school care facility. If the participant works at both a childcare center and an out-of-school care facility, they should select the location where they have the clearest overview of the physical activity provision.
