On Tuesday, 12 October and Thursday, 25 November, Pharos, the Centre of Expertise on Health Disparities, and the Trimbos Institute Knowledge Centre are organising a digital meeting on ‘Well-being at School’ from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The meeting is intended for Healthy School advisors and colleagues from the Educational Domain (for example, care coordinators, educational support coordinators and teachers).
The documentary Well-being at Stanislascollege vmbo Delft’ is the focus of the meeting. This film shows how a school in Delft works on the well-being of its students. Wassim (16), Jayden (14) and Elise (16) are students at Stanislascollege vmbo Delft. Together with the school team and youth workers, they explain how they are given attention and space at school to learn and grow as people. The documentary premiered on 23 March 2021 during a livestream from Stanislascollege in Delft.
During the meeting, participants will explore how the film can be used to improve practice at your school(s). There will also be an opportunity for peer consultation to exchange experiences with other participants.
Interested in taking part? Please let us know in advance by emailing Chantal van den Thillart: [email protected]. The same programme will be held on 12 October and 25 November.
