The RvA IV is requesting this in a letter to the Minister of Education, Culture and Science and the Standing Committee on Education of the House of Representatives. The RvA IV is also calling for research to be conducted in the short term into the effects of the coronavirus crisis and the related measures on the well-being of MBO students, along with recommendations to mitigate these effects. The RvA is also calling for the well-being of MBO students to be explicitly taken into account in future decisions concerning pandemics.
MBO calls on politicians to pay attention to students' social well-being
During the coronavirus crisis, the social well-being of MBO students has come under pressure. The Advisory Council for Integral Safety (RvA IV) of the MBO Council therefore wants a Youth Delta Plan, as proposed in the motion by Member of Parliament Lilian Ploumen (PvdA), to be implemented.
