The lunch webinar will provide you with insights and practical tools for strengthening the wellbeing of the people who support education. It will also inspire participants through practical examples.
Participants will engage in conversation with:
- Laura Stroo, school psychologist at NIP. She brings her expertise in mental health, resilience and a professional culture. Laura will explain how she and her colleagues have worked with many school teams in recent years on resilience and strengthening the professional school culture.
- Els Mast, programme initiator and school leader. She will share her experience from Agora Hub 030. Connection, autonomy, relationships and ownership are central there. Els will show how creating space for development and collaboration within the team not only increases enjoyment at work, but also directly benefits pupils and professionals themselves.
