What is healthy screen use?
Healthy screen use is about organizing your time in such a way that you feel good and healthy. With and without digital media, such as smartphones, laptops, tablets and games. What the right balance is differs for everyone. It is best to determine for yourself what is good for you.
Important theme in education
Screen use is currently an important theme within education. Media Literacy Week is a good opportunity to discuss this subject in the classroom. This can be done using all kinds of useful materials, such as games, educational materials and much more.

Libraries play an increasingly important role in making citizens more media literate. Many libraries offer media literacy programs for education.
Media coach
Work together with a media coach at your school. A media coach devises and organizes activities to improve the media literacy of, among others, children and young people.
