What does the study involve?
During the school year, Charge Your Brainzzz will administer a short questionnaire to the first-year VMBO students three times, and a number of students will wear a sleep monitor for one week on three occasions. This enables Charge Your Brainzzz to map the sleep habits of first-year VMBO students in a reliable way.
What you will get out of it!
- Insight into your students' sleep habits.
- Detailed feedback from a sleep expert.
- A tailor-made parents' evening, full of practical tips for improving sleep.
- A contribution to important scientific research.
And last but not least: participating schools will have a chance to win a class outing!
Charge Your Brainzzz school year 2026/2027
In addition, your school will be the first to have the opportunity to implement Charge Your Brainzzz during the 2026/2027 school year, with free support from the development team.
The approach includes, among other things: four interactive lessons for first-year students, an interactive parents' evening, support for mentors and care coordinators, and useful tools such as an E-magazine, Sleep Guide and action plan for healthier school policies!
