Providing advice and thinking along
Every day, the staff of the Advice Point help education professionals who have questions about social safety in the classroom and/or at school. The Advice Point provides support with a wide range of questions: from general questions about social safety policy to discussing specific situations. The staff of the Advice Point (figuratively) stand alongside the person asking the question and provide the education professional with expert advice. Also available via WhatsApp
The Advice Point has also recently become available via WhatsApp. On school days from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., you can easily send a message via WhatsApp: 030 – 285 6615. During these hours, the staff of the Advice Point will answer you as soon as possible. They aim to respond within half an hour. In some cases, staff may ask you to make telephone contact after all. This mainly concerns discussing specific cases. Please note: the WhatsApp number differs by one digit at the end from the ‘regular’ telephone number. The regular telephone number is: 030 – 285 6616.
